Berkeley High School Pool is just for us practice and play, no instruction. MSI students and graduates only.

Sundays, year round, 4:30-5:45 PM
Eight Open Swims come with Berkeley Beginning and Next Step classes

Your 8 sessions begin the Sunday after your first weekend of classes. If your class is two weekends in a row, then your Open Swims begin the next Sunday. After your 8 sessions are over, you may sign up to continue with Open Swim at any time during the year. $12/session. Or buy an Open Swim Pass (see below).

It's during Open Swim that most students become independent of their instructor and classmates.

Open Swim is available to anyone who has taken at least a Half-day Intro Class. No guests please. Pay by the first of the month for that month's swims. Please write the dates on your check or pay for specific dates at the Shopping Cart. If the pool breaks down or the guard can't make it, you'll be notified. "PMS" membership, $40/year is required. Registration in Open Swim and PMS are necessary before attending Open Swim.

Buy an Open Swim Pass for $75: 13 swims for the price of 6+ over 13 weeks (starting each quarter of the year). Quarters start January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Widthwise swimming only.
