Freestyle and Flip Turn Clinic for Freestylers
Buff up your freestyle, now that you've been out on your own, practicing.
Share your workout experiences, what you've been learning on your own,
and ask your questions. Review balance, propulsion, kick, and breathing,
turns, drills, and ways to keep workouts fun.

Get new video feedback on your stroke as it is today.
Put that feedback into effect during class before returning to your own
pool.
