September 1-2, 2010, tentative Wednesday: 9-noon Thursday: 9-noon and 3-6 p.m. Soda Aquatic Center
Three sessions of 3 hours each, one hour on land, time to change clothes, and 1.75 hour in the pool to review basics of freestyle, get feedback including video feedback and tune-up your stroke and turns. Remember of the satisfaction of feeling calm and free in water, being comfortable yet efficient, and enjoying the exercise. This course is offered as part of the second half of a Freestyle and Flip Turn class. |
