One hour of check-in to update instructor on your freestyle these days and discuss your practice.
One hour and a half of pool time: stroke review, drills, video.
Half an hour of video playback and commentary after the first half of pool time.
Send-off for more and better freestyle and workouts!
You can get a PMS form at class if you're not current for 2009. |
