The Next Step class: continue to freedom in water with Miracle Swimming technology. Deepen your experience of being still in deep water. The goal of the Next Step class is freedom in deep water. As always with Miracle Swimming, go at your own pace. Read Conquer Your Fear of Water before or as you take class in order to accelerate your understanding. The book changes minds. It makes sense to read it before you come to class (or during). Freedom in water is not about your skills: it's about what you're thinking. Freedom emerges from replacing beliefs that make you nervous with truth; from being able to be still in the deep, in control, and feel the water doing the work for you.
