The Next Step class: continue to freedom in water with the Miracle Swimming system. Deepen your experience of being still in deep water. The goal of the Next Step class is freedom in deep water. Saturdays, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Sundays, 3-6 p.m.

Open Swims following the class's end date are FREE on Sundays from 4-5:15 p.m. when a Miracle Swimming class is at the Plunge.

Suggestion: Reading our book will help you learn concepts presented in the Beginning class and "bring them home," which is the reason you're taking the Next Step class (true?). The class builds upon and reinforces this knowledge. This is not about selling books! It's about your getting the most possible from your time in class. You'll enjoy it! Order a book at the right if you want one sent to you. The cost will be reduced for you: $20 plus tax and shipping since you're signing up for class; or $12 for the ebook. Wetsuit vest: 2 mm neoprene vest, black with front zip. Should fit as tightly as your skin, like a lycra shirt. For men, give SMLXL size. For women, provide one size SMALLER than your normal t-shirt size. For example, if you normally take a medium, tell us small or extra small. The tighter the fit, the warmer you'll be. You don't want gaps in wetsuits! Add $39 for us to order and ship your wetsuit and tell us the size.
