The Next Step class: continue to freedom in water with Miracle Swimming technology. The goal of the Next Step class is freedom in deep water. As always with MSI, go at your own pace. Read Conquer Your Fear of Water as you take class in order to accelerate your change of beliefs to beliefs you wish to have. Freedom in water is not about your skills: it's about what you believe in your gut. You may take the class more than once if you'd like. The Open Swims after the Beginning and Next Step classes make a big difference in your progress to complete freedom.

Schedule:
Thursdays: 6-9 p.m.
Fridays: 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 3:30-6:30 p.m.; However, March 13 is from 10-1.
Sundays: 4:45-7:45 p.m.

Plus Open Swims: 8 (or 4) consecutive non-class Sundays, 4:30-5:45 p.m. beginning the first non-class Sunday after your class begins.
Everyone in the Next Step class must read our book before class begins. It will help you immensely to learn concepts presented in the Beginning class and "bring them home," which is no doubt the reason you're taking the Next Step class. The class builds upon and reinforces this knowledge. Start at the beginning and read it through. Type into the Comments field at Checkout if you need a book sent to you. The cost will be reduced for you: $21 plus shipping since you're signing up for class. |
