November 12-16, 2012

Five days just for you and your swimming. Immerse yourself in the teaching and get answers to the rest of your questions (since the Beginning class) about swimming and water safety without distractions of home and work. A great way to learn.

Class Schedule (due to the end of Daylight Savings and darkness falling at 5 p.m.):
Monday: 8-11 and 2-5 p.m.
Tuesday: 9-noon
Wednesday: 8-11 and 2-5 p.m.
Thursday: 8-11 and 2-5 p.m.
Friday: 8-11 (check out of hotel at noon)

Course fee includes course. U.S. Masters Swimming membership through 2013 is $39 extra. We recommend you register for USMS after November 1 or in class if you're not a current member: that way you get membership for the remainder of 2012 and all of 2013. Nightly hotel room rate is approximately $91 with tax. Please call hotel to reserve your room and pay for your first night. We have blocked rooms for Miracle Swimming. 1-800-400-4414

If you request being paired with a classmate to share a room, we'll do our best to pair you.

USMS (U.S. Masters Swimming membership) for 2012 is required. If you're already a member for 2012, there's no fee.

  • At this time, we don't require that you read our book before class. You'll receive a separate Student Handbook in the Beginning class. However, many people tell us they wish they'd had the advantage of reading the book first. We recommend it. The concept is so different from traditional classes and the explanations so clear that if you read the book before class, you'll see progress sooner in class: you'll already understand the basics. Not that there's any hurry in the class. But we know people want to make optimal progress. Reading the book gives you a leg up on time.

  • Your credit card will be charged the non-refundable deposit only, $150, even though at Checkout, it will say you're being charged for the course in full. The balance will be charged 4 weeks before the class start date. There must be 5 students enrolled by 8 weeks before class in order for it to fly. If you intend to attend, please assist us by registering early.
