Learn Freestyle and Flip turns in 7 days. If you don't get all the way there, you'll have all but the last step, which is attainable in a few hours of practice at home after class. Drills starting at Square One will build a freestyle that's simple and easy.

You are eligible for this class once you're willing to try somersaults and handstands, bump into other people, and play in water. You must be completely comfortable!
You may wish to have a neoprene vest since this pool is 85 degrees. We'll send information upon registration.
Schedule:
Day 1 9-noon and 3-6 p.m.
Day 2 9-noon
Day 3 9-noon and 3-6 p.m.
Day 4 9-noon plus optional afternoon sailing on Sarasota Bay ($65)
Day 5 9-noon
Day 6 9-noon and 3-6 p.m. (Refresher class, too)
Day 7 9-noon or 8-11 (more likely) (Refresher class, too)
