Miracle Swimming: New Lessons for Adults Afraid in Water. The most effective, fun, transforming, successful adult swimming class in the world today. Start from where you are today. Participate, and watch your mind change as you come to understand principles of learning that are not taught anywhere else. See what happens when you're taught well and taught what you really want to know. Our method is such a breakthrough in teaching that we hope it will transform all teaching everywhere. Feedback on classes is unsurpassed. You may take our Introductory Half-day class to find out what we're about, or go directly into the Beginning class. Our book and DVD also introduce you to our method and help you get started from your easy chair.
Thursdays are 6-9 p.m.
Fridays are 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Saturdays are 3:30-6:30 p.m.
Sundays are 4:45-7:45
October's dates may shift slightly once the home football game schedule is published (no class on days of varsity home games).
An email was sent to all MSI graduates and prospective students on our lists in September, 09 about the price increase due to a 57% increase in the pool rent (City of Berkeley's call). Of all options we presented to either increase our price or reduce what we offer, 19 of 20 respondents said to go ahead and increase the price. We feel this is the best choice and the least of all evils. Therefore, the price rise. Our apologies!

At this time, we don't require that you read the book before class. However, if you read it before class, you'll reduce your learning time. Your course begins as soon as you start reading. You'll receive a separate Student Handbook in the Beginning class.

Your credit card will be charged the non-refundable deposit only, $125, even though at Checkout, it will say you're being charged for the course in full. The balance will be charged 2 weeks before the class start date. There must be 5 students enrolled by 1 full month before the class starting date order for it to fly. If you intend to attend, please register by 5 weeks out. We must cancel our pool reservation 30 days out if we do not have 5 registrations 1 full month prior to the starting date.
If a class must be canceled due to underenrollment, you'll get your $125 deposit back or it can be credited to another class.
